DESCALING SOLFINC GROUP: PHASE 0 AND 1

This unexpected situation we are living in will change our behavioral habits a lot. That is why Grup Solfinc wants to adapt and also help our customers to be able to adapt. Surely, once the pandemic is over, the way we relate will be different. This situation has taught us that we can perform our tasks through telework, making customers very well looked after.

Therefore, Grup Solfinc is committed to combining telework with physical presence in the offices.

What are the security measures that Grup Solfinc will implement?

  • A TOTAL daily disinfection and sanitation will be carried out in all the offices of Grup Solfinc, which will include all the computer equipment, machinery susceptible to manipulation and the furniture elements.
  • Use of masks inside the offices. A mask will be provided to the client who visits our facilities and is not provided with one.
  • The safety distance will be 2 meters between colleagues and customers. To ensure this, half of the workers will be in the office and the other half will be teleworking.
  • Greetings with physical contact will be avoided at all times.
  • Disinfection will be mandatory at the entrance of each office, through the following measures:
    • Hydroalcoholic gel dispensers installed at the entrance. In addition, each worker will have a dispenser on their table.
    • Carpet impregnated with hydroalcoholic gel, so that everyone who accesses passes their shoes through this carpet, trying to reduce risks.
  • Installation of separating screens between company and customer workers and bins with lids next to the entrance doors to the offices.
  • Use of latex or nitrile gloves by all Solfinc Group workers.
  • Access to the toilets of the offices will not be allowed, as they will be intended exclusively for company staff.
  • It is recommended to wash your hands a lot and avoid touching your face for safety.

 

The phases of the Solfinc group escalation will be in accordance with the phases agreed in the City of Barcelona, ​​within the same period of time.

SCALE TO SOLFINC GROUP PHASE 0

All the workers of Grup Solfinc will work from home doing the telework.

In the event that an in-person meeting with a client is absolutely necessary, it will be necessary to schedule it by appointment, complying with all the security measures set out above.

SCALE TO SOLFINC GROUP PHASE 1

During this phase, Grup Solfinc will be able to carry out its activity normally in all departments.

The descaling will be different according to each department:

Community Administration:

  • 50% of the workers will remain in the office and the rest will carry out the telework, in order to guarantee the minimum distance of 2 meters between them.
  • Priority will be given to remote communications (telephone, e-mail or video call). In the event that an in-person meeting with a client is absolutely necessary, it will be necessary to schedule it by appointment, complying with all the security measures set out above.
  • Community meetings:
    • Face-to-face: we will provide chairs 2 meters away each for those meetings that are convened in our offices.
    • Telematics: we will facilitate the possibility of being able to hold meetings by video conference.

However, we understand that not everyone will have the opportunity to use this medium. Therefore, meetings can be face-to-face and video conferencing at the same time. Therefore, WE ADVISE THAT EVERYONE WHO IS POSSIBLE TO CONNECT FROM HOME.

Rental Administration:
