Following the recommendations of the health authorities, as well as the College of Property Administrators of Barcelona and Lleida, due to the expansion of the Covid-19 coronavirus, all boards of co-owners already convened or pending convocation are postponed the next few days, at least until the end of the first fortnight of April.
The reason for this measure is to minimize the possibility of Covid-19 transmission between our customers and all employees of the SOLFINC GROUP.
We will continue to monitor the evolution of this situation and the recommendations of the authorities in this regard. We don’t like to have to take this kind of action but in extraordinary situations like the one we are in it is important for the whole society to act responsibly.
At SOLFINC, the offices will be closed to the public, but we will continue to work by combining work remotely with the presence of staff offices at regular times, by telephone or by email, in order to attend to any incidents that occur during the properties we manage.
